About the workouts
How do I sign up for live classes?
Click Live Classes and select the class you want to take. A Zoom link will be emailed directly to you.
How much does a live class cost?
Nothing! All live classes are free. These classes are meant to bring together the community and are an opportunity to connect and lift each other up.
Do you offer on demand content?
Yes! On demand content is available via a monthly subscription.
How much does the on demand content cost?
On demand access costs $18 CAD and gives you unlimited access to our AG content library. This membership is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time through your account page.
Do I need any equipment to participate?
Each class is different. Check out the class schedule page for all live class descriptions or our on demand Content Library for all class descriptions (including what equipment is required).
How do I access Zoom?
We recommend that you download the Zoom desktop app to your computer for the best experience.
About AG: Fundraising
SOMETIMES YOU SAY 50% AND SOMETIMES YOU SAY 100% OF PROCEEDS ARE DONATED?
Whenever we host a fundraising event (Online or IRL), 100% of the proceeds are donated. If someone choses to contribute to a free live class, purchase official AG merch, or subscribe to our On Demand Content, we reserve 50% of those proceeds to help AG grow and 50% gets donated.
IF I SIGN UP FOR ON DEMAND CLASSES, WILL 50% OF THE PROCEEDS BE DONATED?

IF I PURCHASE MERCH, WILL 50% OF THE PROCEEDS BE DONATED?

Will I get a tax receipt?
As AG is not a registered charity, we are not able to provide tax receipts
